A twelve-minute guided self-hypnosis session for settling the body and quieting a racing mind. Free, with no catch — it's useful on its own, not a preview of something else.
Written for anyone who has felt the gap between how they train and how they perform under pressure: martial artists, shooters, competitors, and people whose work doesn't switch off when the shift does.
What's in it: a short explanation of what the session is doing, progressive relaxation, a breathing technique you can use on its own later, and a calm close. There is no memory work in it and nothing confronting.
How to use it: headphones, somewhere quiet, sitting or lying down where you won't be interrupted. Not while driving or operating machinery. Listen more than once — repetition is where most of the benefit comes from.
